During checkout, you will be prompted to select from the available dates listed on our calendar. If you don’t see your exact event date, simply choose the closest available option. Please note that cakes can be refrigerated for up to three days before serving, and cookies can be kept at room temperature for up to two days or frozen for up to one month. All pickup details, including timing and location, will be provided at checkout.

Custom orders can be submitted through the Order page for fully tailored designs. For pre-set and semi-custom options, please visit the Shop page to browse available styles and place your order based on current availability.
To ensure your date is secured, we recommend placing all orders 4–6 weeks in advance, as the calendar fills quickly.

No — pricing varies across our offerings. Both cookies and cakes are available in a range of sizes and can be designed with varying levels of detail, all of which influence final pricing.
Intricate designs, custom elements, and larger formats require additional time and craftsmanship, and are priced accordingly.

You may select a design from the Shop for semi-custom options, thoughtfully curated with limited personalization. For a fully custom experience, submit an inquiry through the Order page and share inspiration imagery so we can bring your vision to life with intention and detail.
If you don’t have reference photos, you’re welcome to provide an overall theme along with color preferences, names, and/or phrases—we will thoughtfully conceptualize a design that reflects your vision.

We specialize in sugar cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. We might be able to accommodate other requests depending on our schedule and the nature of the request.

Crumble Catering Co. operates in a kitchen where nuts and common allergens may be present and we will prioritize requests within our capabilities.

All orders have a minimum of 2 dozen cookies or 2 dozen cupcakes. Order minimums do not apply to cakes at this time.

All treats are carefully packaged with both presentation and freshness in mind. Shop and custom cookie orders are individually wrapped in clear cellophane and heat sealed to maintain quality.
For custom orders, upgraded packaging options—such as ribbon finishes or boxed sets—are available to enhance presentation.
Cakes and cupcakes are securely enclosed in boxes to ensure safe transport.

Payment options will be listed on your invoice once an order is placed.

An order can be cancelled and refunded up until 30 days prior to your planned pickup date. Refunds will not be given on any order after the order has been picked up. Cookies are made-to-order and carefully crafted/designed to meet the needs of each customer, and therefore, cannot be repurposed and sold to someone else.

Shop orders cannot be adjusted once placed. Custom cookie and cupcake orders can be adjusted up to two weeks prior to the scheduled pickup date, with flexibility within one dozen. Custom cake orders may be updated up to one month before the event date, contingent upon availability and the ability to adjust serving size based on the selected cake format. Full refunds will not be given outside of these guidelines.

All orders are fulfilled via pickup from our Bloomfield Hills studio. Once your order is confirmed, your invoice will include the full pickup address along with a scheduled date and time arranged for your convenience.
Delivery is available for larger custom orders, including cookie orders of 10+ dozen and tiered cakes of two tiers or more.
