F.A.Q.

HOW DO I MAKE AN INQUIRY OR PLACE MY ORDER, AND HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE IT?
Please use the ORDER tab to make a general inquiry or place an order. It is suggested to place your order 4-6 weeks in advance as the calendar books up quickly. Please note that a rush fee will be added to your total if your order is placed within 2 weeks of pickup, provided that we still have availability for that particular week. Your order will not be considered confirmed until an invoice has been sent and payment has been made in full within 48 hours.

ARE ALL YOUR COOKIES PRICED THE SAME WAY?
No - we have different sized cookies and different levels of design detail which both impact cost per cookie.

HOW DO I CHOOSE DESIGNS FOR MY COOKIE ORDER?
You can send us photos for inspiration to make sure we capture your request to the fullest. If you don't have a photo, you can describe an overarching theme with color preferences, names and/or phrases, and we will conceptualize a design for you.

DO YOU MAKE ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES HAND-DECORATED, CUSTOM SUGAR COOKIES?
While we specialize in sugar cookies, we might be able to accommodate other requests depending on our schedule and the nature of the request.

DO YOUR TREATS HAVE NUTS, GLUTEN, OR COMMON ALLERGENS?
Crumble Catering Co. operates in a kitchen where nuts may be present, but they are not included in any recipe. We do not offer gluten-free cookies at this time, and we do not make any dietary modifications.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM ORDER?
Both standard and mini sized cookies have a 2 dozen minimum. The order maximum is dependent upon the amount of orders already placed within the week you might be inquiring about. We cater to all occasions, from gift boxes, to small gatherings, to large events such as weddings or corporate parties.

HOW ARE YOUR TREATS PACKAGED?
Cookies are individually packaged in clear cellophane and heat sealed for freshness. Depending on the order size, they are placed in a window box or handled bag for carrying. You can upgrade to a ribbon enclosure or a small box for each cookie for an additional charge.​

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE REQUESTS?
Not at this time. 

WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment options will be listed on your invoice once an order is placed.

DO YOU GIVE REFUNDS? 
An order can be cancelled and refunded up until 30 days prior to your planned pickup date. Refunds will not be given on any order after the order has been picked up. Cookies are made-to-order and carefully crafted/designed to meet the needs of each customer, and therefore, cannot be repurposed and sold to someone else.

Can changes be made to an existing order? 
On an order minimum of 2 dozen, changes can be made to orders +/- 1 dozen, up until 2 weeks prior to your planned pickup date

Presale changes and cancellations will only be honored if a change is made before the stated deadline.

HOW WILL I GET MY ORDER? DO YOU DELIVER OR SHIP?
Orders will be picked up from my home in Bloomfield Hills, MI. Once your order is placed, your invoice will include the address and a date/time which will be agreed upon for pickup.
